TAT is an acupressure technique that can help relieve allergies, negative emotions
from past events or any unhelpful emotional state. It can help resolve traumas
that may be subconsciously connected to a current situation.
Unlike other energy therapies, TAT is not wordy or require
you to describe the negative feeling or emotion or even the details of any relevant event.
It only requires that you think about, whatever is
bothering you whilst holding a simple acupressure pose. An added
advantage for some clients who do not want to discuss their issue is that the therapist
does not need to know these details in order to help.
TAT is both gentle and yet extremely powerful and a wonderful side effect
can often be a sense of calm and inner stillness. Also because of its simplicity
it is easy to learn and use at any time.
